Me Sarah-Jeen Jean-Gilles

Law intern

A graduate of the University of Ottawa (LL.L.), Ms. Jean-Gilles joined the Boavista team as a legal intern for the year 2025. She has been practicing law with the firm ever since.

During her university studies, Ms. Jean-Gilles served as vice president of professional communications for the University of Ottawa's Black Law Students Association. She was also involved with the University of Ottawa's Notarial Law Association, serving as secretary and vice president of internal affairs.

At the same time, she acquired five years' experience in real estate law as a paralegal in a notary's office.

Known for her excellent listening skills, she listens attentively to clients and determines the best way to meet their needs. Although she is interested in many areas of law, she has a particular interest in the following areas: human rights, civil law, labor law, and youth protection law.
